BALLTHAI.IN.TH ("we", "the site") is an independent, unofficial fan site about the Thailand national football teams. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit ballthai.in.th, why it is collected, and the choices you have, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
1. Information we collect
- You do not need to register, log in or submit personal details to use the site.
- When you visit, our hosting, analytics and advertising services automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
- If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our partners use them for:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and for how long.
- Google AdSense (Google LLC): to show advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Histats: to count visits and show how many people are online.
- Daily digital card: a small cookie and browser storage that remember which card you received today, so the same card appears when you return. It contains only the date and the card's file name. To keep your card consistent, the page also reads your connection's IP address from Cloudflare inside your browser; it is not stored or sent to us.

- To reply to your messages
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Service providers
- Hosting and security: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Analytics and advertising: Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google AdSense)
- Visitor counter: Histats
- Content embedded from other websites (for example live score widgets) may collect data under those websites' own privacy policies.
These providers may process data outside Thailand under their own privacy policies.
5. Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but your daily card may change.

6. Your rights under the PDPA
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Contact us at contact@ballthai.in.th

The site is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
